Truck dispatch service

Truck dispatching services for owner-operators and carriers.

You drive. We handle the load searching, broker calls, negotiations, paperwork, and dispatch coordination for Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed and Hotshot carriers operating in the USA.

What we handle

Everything between “I need a load” and “I got paid”.

Our freight dispatching covers the full cycle of a load. Here's exactly what that includes.

01

Finding and booking freight

From the load board to a booked, confirmed load.

Load searching
We search load boards and broker contacts for freight that matches your equipment, lanes and schedule.
Broker communication
We handle the calls and emails with brokers, so you’re not stuck on the phone between loads.
Rate negotiation
We negotiate the rate on every load before anything is booked.
Load booking
When a load works for you, we book it and confirm the details: pickup, delivery, appointment times and reference numbers.
Route planning and support
We help plan the run, including pickup and delivery sequence, timing and the next load, so you’re not left empty.
02

Paperwork

The documents that come with every broker and every load.

Carrier paperwork
Carrier packets and broker setup paperwork, completed and sent on your behalf.
Rate confirmations
We review rate confirmations against what was agreed and send them to you before you roll.
03

On-the-road coordination

One point of contact while the load is moving.

Broker and shipper communication
Check calls, updates, appointment changes and issues at pickup or delivery are handled with the broker and shipper.
Detention
If you’re held past free time at a shipper or receiver, we document the times and request detention pay from the broker.
Layover
When a load delays you overnight or longer, we raise layover with the broker and follow up on it.
TONU
If a load is cancelled after you’ve been dispatched, we request Truck Ordered Not Used pay.
Lumper-related coordination
We coordinate lumper fees with the broker, including approval, payment method and receipts, so the cost is documented for reimbursement.
Day-to-day dispatch support
One point of contact for everyday questions and changes while you’re on the road.

Equipment

Dry van, reefer, flatbed and hotshot dispatch.

Each equipment type has its own details to confirm with the broker. We check them before you're committed.

01

Dry van dispatch

General freight in enclosed trailers. We look for loads that fit your lanes and schedule, then confirm appointment times, pickup numbers and delivery details with the broker.

02

Reefer dispatch

Temperature-controlled freight. Before booking, we confirm the temperature setting, pickup and delivery windows, and anything the shipper or receiver requires.

03

Flatbed dispatch

Open-deck freight. We confirm dimensions, weight, securement and tarp requirements with the broker before you commit to a load.

04

Hotshot dispatch

Pickup-and-trailer setups, such as a gooseneck or flatbed trailer, hauling smaller and time-sensitive loads. We find freight that suits your trailer and weight limits.

  • Transparent pricing. Explained upfront, before we dispatch your truck.

We don't promise income. Rates depend on the market. We commit to doing the work well.

Questions

Truck dispatching questions, answered honestly.

If your question isn't here, call or message us and a dispatcher will answer it.

What types of trucks do you dispatch?

We dispatch Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed and Hotshot equipment for owner-operators and carriers operating in the USA.

How much does your dispatch service cost?

We discuss pricing on a call, based on how you run. There is no setup fee and there are no hidden fees. You'll know exactly what you're paying before we dispatch your truck.

Can you guarantee a certain rate or number of loads?

No. Rates and freight volume depend on the market, your lanes, your equipment and the time of year, so nobody can honestly guarantee your income. What we commit to is the work: active load searching, real negotiation with brokers, and clear communication with you.

What do I need to get started?

Usually your MC authority, W-9 and certificate of insurance, plus details about your truck, trailer and preferred lanes. We'll confirm the full list when we talk.

Do you handle detention, layover, TONU and lumper fees?

Yes. We coordinate them with the broker: we document times, request detention, layover or TONU pay, and get lumper fees approved. Whether and how much is paid still depends on the broker and shipper terms on each load.

Do you take care of the paperwork?

Yes. We handle carrier packets and broker setup, rate confirmations, and the day-to-day paperwork that comes with booking and running loads.
